So what is the best trailer to buy for the cargo market in Euro Truck Simulator 2? After reading through many posts/threads on the topic, I wasn't able to find a very clear answer. Thus, I decided to do a little research into it myself. Figured I should share my findings here for others to reference. TL;DR included at the end. EDIT FOR 1.39:
No dlcs are required. But all map dlcs are the best to have. The cargo dlcs are also good to have. The tires dlcs Michelin and / or Goodyear are also good to have as they add tires with better grip than the tires the vanilla game offers. All other dlcs are really just cosmetic things. #2.
The fastest way to reset is to delete "save" directory inside your profile ("Documents/Euro Truck Simulator 2/profiles//save"). If you had some early saves there with a positive balance, you could load one of them instead. I suggest saving the game in separate savegames after or before each delivery. #3.

I expand to cities with 5+ companies and once I have many garages I moved my location to Luxembourgh for cheap gas ( 1 Euro per littre) and for the National Company Achievement. In general, I suggest to everyone to choose the city they prefer, the way of driving they prefer ( RHD or LHD ) and their starting brand ( Personally, Mercedes or Volvo
-The "newer" Volvo, solid truck, fully upgrade is one of if not the best in game. I prefer not maxing out my Volvo's or Scania's anymore though. Don't overlook other brands.-The New Actros is a solid truck. This is my current main.-The 2021 DAF, might not be all that powerful but I find it an exceptionally fun truck to drive.

The only way you might be able to do it is to go into the load game menu and click the button at the bottom to show autosaves - the game automatically saves data occasionally, so you might be able to load in a save from a time before you took the job.
Paris, 10M of people, 105 kmΒ², is reduced to ~7 streets. I seriously doubt any of it is remotely close to its real life counterpart, it's a pity because if the detail was put into it ETS2 would be insane - but the effort required would also be insane. Not true to life but some roads are still pretty close.

First, you have to relocate yourself as a driver to the garage you want teleport to, next you have to relocate your truck to you. #5. I'm curious what option people choose in the freight market, I always choose the highest price with the lowest weight when I do my deliveries cause the lower the weight the faster the truck moves. Money per kilometer and I ignore the cargos that start and end in same city.. :P.
