Try to install wifi driver but it wants .NET framework. That's a different issue entirely. OP said it was installed and could see some devices but not connect, which meant the signal strength was weak. Yours is not connected to the motherboard correctly or something is disabled in the BIOS preventing it from communicating with the operating system. .
